With more than 10 years building digital solutions for non-profits, education providers, and small businesses, Luke kept running into the same problem: the automation tools that transform big companies were priced, built, and supported for big companies, leaving everyday owners to do by hand what should have been automated years ago.

He started MaxLead to change that, bringing enterprise-grade AI and automation to small businesses without the enterprise price tag, and with something the big platforms don't offer: local deployment and genuine, hands-on support.

Too many owners spend their days on tasks that should run themselves. That time should go back into working on the business and into the reason they went into business in the first place. That is what MaxLead is built to do: give owners back their time, their capacity, and their money.

Luke lives 30 minutes north of Perth with his wife Emily, and their dog Jefferson.
